Introducing Warren Fletcher, new Interim President of SG&I

I write to you today to share some important news relating to the growth and future of Intergraph and our Security, Government & Infrastructure (SG&I) division. On January 2, 2007, Warren Fletcher was appointed Vice Chairman and interim President of SG&I, replacing Ben Eazzetta who has resigned.

Ben made the decision with his family late last year to take some time off as well as chart a new course for his life. He leaves Intergraph a friend, and we wish him well in his future endeavors.

Warren will lead the division's global operations including sales, services, support, and research & development. He brings more than 30 years of software expertise to Intergraph. Warren previously served as Regional President, North America , for SSA Global, a leading provider of enterprise business software for large and mid-sized organizations. Warren came to SSA Global following a 20 year career with Geac, where he was vice president of vertical markets.
